Optional assistance to the Learner: Depending on the current internal dynamics, disposition and posture of the Learner’s organization in regard to Quality, the Learner may make use of the “Learner letter of introduction” as attached below to assist them to explain the objectives of the learning programme, and to secure any required co-operation from internal stakeholders to assist them with requests for e.g. access to information required to complete the Pre-course attendance preparation (per above). Learners may also use this letter in addition to any letter which their organization may have received from their customer which requires their organization to implement total quality maturity improvement.
